Rawfully Delicious began with something deeply personal: love, loss, and a desire to help people experience food in a different way.

After losing both of her parents to cancer, Lauren Millen witnessed firsthand how profoundly our health and well-being can be connected to the way we nourish our bodies.

Four years after her mother’s passing, Lauren had the opportunity to travel to Mexico with her mom for alternative cancer treatment. During those three weeks, she was introduced to a holistic approach to wellness that would stay with her long after she returned home. It opened her eyes to the relationship between food, health, and the way we care for ourselves and our families.

That experience became the seed for what would eventually become Rawfully Delicious.

Lauren went on to open Rawfully Delicious Café, creating a brick-and-mortar space in Southwest Florida where people could gather, connect, and enjoy food made with intention. What started as a passion for healthy, nourishing food grew into something much bigger: a community built around wellness, good food, and the belief that what we put on our tables matters.

Today, the café chapter has come to a close, but the heart behind Rawfully Delicious hasn't gone anywhere.

It has simply grown into something new.

Lauren is now bringing Rawfully Delicious directly to the people of Southwest Florida through mobile catering and events, creating beautifully curated grazing tables, charcuterie boards, handcrafted refreshments, and full-service catering experiences designed to make gathering feel effortless.

From intimate celebrations and showers to weddings, corporate gatherings, celebrations of life, and special milestones, Rawfully Delicious is about more than putting food on a table. It's about creating something people can gather around, enjoy together, and remember.

And behind it all is still Lauren: a local Southwest Florida mom of two, small-business owner, and woman who built this business from a deeply personal place.

Rawfully Delicious is her way of sharing what she believes in: beautiful food, thoughtful ingredients, meaningful gatherings, and a community that supports one another.

The business may look different than it did years ago, but the mission remains beautifully familiar:
